Responsibilities

• Understand project complexity and provide scalable, maintainable solutions within budget and timeline.
• Provide technical guidance to project leader for challenges.
• Manage the Git access and source code repository.
• Do the code review and project audit to ensure coding standards.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Gather requirements directly from the client and plan development with the PM and forecast timelines.
• Train, mentor and support senior/mid developers; assist HR with quarterly feedback.
• Develop a high-quality product for the client.
• Take internal demos and provide feedback.
• Provide estimation for sprint and change requests.
• Effective utilization of skilled knowledge workers as per their strengths and weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Able to understand the complexity of the project, and provide the solution which is scalable, maintainable according to Projects budget and timeline.
• Provide solution to project leader for technical challenges
• Manage the Git access and source code repository
• Do the code review and project audit to ensure that it is matching the coding standard.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Gather requirements directly from the client and make a development plan with the PM and forecast the timeline for completion.
• Train, mentor and rescue senior and mid developers when they are facing blockages in development. Help HR with quarterly appraisal feedback of Senior and mid developers working with you.
• Responsible for developing a high-quality product for the client
• Take the internal demo and provide feedback
• Provide estimation for sprint and change request
• Effective utilization of skilled knowledge workers as per their strength and weakness
