CSS India Center in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while guiding the product development team to ensure high-quality, timely, and innovative solutions.

You will mentor a team of developers, design scalable, secure applications, and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

Job Title: Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while leading the product development team to ensure high-quality, timely, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog refinement, and daily Agile ceremonies to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or blockers, and drive timely resolution to meet sprint and release commitments.
• Review code, enforce development best practices, and maintain high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate innovative approaches, including AI-powered capabilities, to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in .NET application development.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with third-party UI controls such as Telerik and Kendo UI.
• Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, Git/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within committed timelines while managing competing priorities.
• Exposure to AI-powered solutions or AI-assisted development in recent projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
