Job summary

Orange Business is seeking a Technical Implementation Owner to deploy and configure critical cybersecurity infrastructures. You will work on perimeter security, VPNs, SIEM, and XDR/XSIAM, ensuring alignment with MITRE ATT&CK and integration via REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise tools. Documentation and cross‑location collaboration are essential.

You will lead detailed deployment planning, validation, and handover to the Run Team, driving secure, scalable deployments across customer environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience configuring and deploying enterprise firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper).
  • Hands-on in proxy servers and VPNs (Zscaler, Cisco IronPort, Blue Coat).
  • Proficient in SIEM platforms (ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar) for threat monitoring.
  • Configuring IDS/IPS to enforce security policies and compliance.
  • Deploying and tuning XDR/XSIAM with MITRE ATT&CK alignment.
  • System integrations using REST/SOAP APIs for eBonding with ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy.
  • Strong documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer skills.

About the role

Lead the precise deployment and configuration of critical cybersecurity infrastructures, ensuring robust perimeter protection and advanced threat detection in alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.

  • Install, configure, and optimize perimeter security solutions including firewalls such as Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper.
  • Deploy and configure secure proxy systems and VPN solutions, including Zscaler, Cisco IronPort, and Blue Coat.
  • Implement Unified Threat Management (UTM) solutions and ensure integration with existing security frameworks.
  • Document detailed deployment procedures, network topologies, and configuration parameters.
  • Configure and tune cybersecurity platforms including SIEM systems like HP ArcSight, Splunk, and QRadar.
  • Manage IDS/IPS deployment and configuration to ensure effective intrusion detection and prevention using technologies from Fortinet, Juniper, and McAfee.
  • Deploy and maintain XDR and XSIAM platforms, aligning configurations with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Integrate threat intelligence feeds and automate detection and response rules.
  • Develop and deploy eBonding integrations via REST/SOAP APIs between security platforms and enterprise service management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and JIRA.
  • Create and manage automation scripts to streamline security workflows and incident response.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues to maintain system availability and performance.
  • Conduct thorough validation testing of deployments and configurations prior to handover.
  • Prepare comprehensive deployment documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Run Team for ongoing system management.
  • This position requires precise technical execution within predefined deployment parameters.
  • The incumbent collaborates with diverse teams across geographical locations.
  • Deployment activities may occasionally occur on customer premises.
  • A strong commitment to documentation quality and procedural compliance is essential.
  • The role supports continuous improvement through structured knowledge sharing.
About you

You bring proven experience configuring and deploying firewalls such as Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper, alongside hands-on skills in proxies and VPN solutions like Zscaler, Cisco IronPort, and Blue Coat. You have a solid background in deploying SIEM platforms including HP ArcSight, Splunk, and QRadar, and configuring IDS/IPS systems. Your expertise extends to deploying and tuning XDR and XSIAM solutions with a strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK.
