Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Kochi, Kerala invites applications for a Technical Facility Executive to oversee MEP operations and site maintenance. You will coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building utilities while inspecting equipment and maintaining records.

You will coordinate with engineers and external partners, ensure quality against contractual timelines, and prepare reports on incidents, downtime, and maintenance status.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building utilities.
• Experience monitoring contractor performance and ensuring quality against contractual timelines.
• Strong documentation habits with logs, checklists, and operating records.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and support rapid restoration of services.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance practices relevant to facilities operations.
• Experience preparing routine maintenance and incident reports.
• Ability to plan spares and consumables for technical operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to close out corrective actions efficiently.
• Awareness of audit readiness and documentation for compliance.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow through on corrective actions and ensure timely restoration of services
• Monitor performance of engineers, technicians, and external service partners
• Ensure work completion meets quality standards and contractual timelines
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and major maintenance activities
• Support compliance activities for safe operations and maintain documentation readiness
• Manage spares and consumables planning for technical operations
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports covering incidents, downtime, and maintenance status
• Close out action items and support audit requirements

What You'll Do

MEP Operations & Maintenance

• Coordinate and track planned preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building utility systems
• Conduct routine technical inspections of equipment and plant rooms, maintaining logs, checklists, and operating records
• Support troubleshooting and resolve equipment breakdowns, power failures, HVAC issues, and utilities interruptions
• Follow through on corrective actions and ensure timely restoration of services

Vendor & Team Coordination

• Monitor performance of engineers, technicians, and external service partners
• Ensure work completion meets quality standards and contractual timelines
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and major maintenance activities

Compliance & Reporting

• Support compliance activities for safe operations and maintain documentation readiness

Location: On-site –Kochi, KL, Trivandrum, KL. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.
