Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Facility Coordinator Technical to provide on-site technical service for commercial buildings. The role covers installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC, UPS, chiller systems and electrical panels.

You will train customers, coordinate with central technical teams, and manage schedules and spare parts while working rotational shifts and a 6-day week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE is required.
• Experience in servicing commercial building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service and operational support to customers at their sites.
