• Generate referrals or recommend value-added services to existing customers.
• Improve overall service standards in the territory by ensuring timely closure of service requests as per defined guidelines.

Position Details

Position: Technical Executive
Reporting To: Technical Manager – Identity & Access solutions
Location: Mumbai/Pune (West)

Position Summary

The role is responsible for installing and commissioning hotel locks and wireless access control systems both on site and remotely. The incumbent provides timely resolution of customer service requests, delivers best‑in‑class after‑sales service and software training, and ensures a great customer experience and satisfaction by following standard procedures. Ownership, empathy for customer issues and resolving within agreed timelines are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install and commission hotel locks and wireless access control solutions across the assigned region.

• Train hotel staff on site or remotely, using video conferencing as required.

• Experience of 3+ years in the Wireless Access Control Lockset/Hotel locks/consumer durables industry.
