Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.**How you’ll make an impact*** Create Base Design with all necessary Concepts. Verify the implemented Base Design in the Detail Design (Bay and Station level Engineering).* Technical Coordination and Lead for the project team during the project execution phase (Detail Design, Manufacturing, Testing Commissioning). Technical co-ordination for FAT.* Responsible to ensure that specification is fulfilled in respect of the technical offer.* Contribute to the improvement of the Net-margin including upsales, etc.* Ensure project execution is carried out fulfilling internal processes and guidelines.* Ensure experience and learnings during the project execution is shared with colleagues within the same unit (Sales, B&P, PMs, Engineering, Testing, Commissioning).* Project execution for complex projects (E.g. Retrofit, Fast Track Projects, Turn Key Projects, etc.)* Contribute to identify market compliant, low risk technical solution and efficient project setup (E.g.
