Need to study Offer stage documents, customer specification etc.* Establish Single Line Diagram of system. Identification of correct rating for CT, PT, LA, CB, Isolator, Fuse, MCCB, MCB etc. for LV & MV system* Developing Scheme with Closing & Tripping Interlock system of LV/MV APFC System* Power Cable and Control Cable selection* Protection Relay selection, Metering Instrument selection* Selection of Communication Protocol of Protection Relays, Meters etc., establishing communication architecture* Preparation of Sizing Calculation of various components, Preparation of Cable Schedule.* Design co-ordination between APFC panel to Upstream Breaker, CRP, PLC Panel etc.* Close co-ordination with Project team and Production team.
