Visionic Integrated Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Technician to install, configure and commission interactive flat panels, digital displays, video conferencing systems, projectors and home theater setups at client sites.

The role requires hands-on installation, cable routing, system integration, testing and basic user training, with travel to customer locations across Bengaluru and beyond. Full-time position in Technical Installation & Support.

Qualifikationen

• ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, AV Technology or related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience in AV installation, LED displays, home theater, video conferencing or home automation preferred.
• Practical knowledge of interactive flat panels, digital signage, LED displays, projectors, projection screens and video conferencing equipment.
• Experience installing surround sound systems and Dolby Atmos is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with drilling machines, power tools, mounting hardware, cable termination and basic electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of LAN networking, HDMI, USB, audio connections, display configuration and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission interactive flat panels, commercial displays, digital signage, digital standees, kiosks and indoor/outdoor Active LED displays.
• Install and configure video conferencing systems, wireless presentation solutions, cameras, microphones, speakers and collaboration equipment.
• Perform installation of projectors, projection screens, mounts, brackets, cabling and associated accessories.
• Install and configure home theater systems, including 5.1/7.1 surround sound, Dolby Atmos speakers, AV receivers, amplifiers and subwoofers.
• Execute home automation and smart lighting installations, including switches, controllers, devices and compatible control systems.
• Carry out drilling, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, cable routing, conduit installation and equipment fixing using appropriate tools.
• Configure audio and video settings, network connectivity, display resolutions, sound calibration and system integration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic operational training to customers after installation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform maintenance and provide after-sales technical support.
• Conduct site inspections, understand installation requirements and coordinate with the sales and project teams.
• Ensure proper cable management, neat finishing, equipment safety and quality standards at installation sites.
• Maintain installation reports, equipment records and service documentation.
• Travel to customer locations, including offices, educational institutions, commercial buildings and residential projects.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and handle tools, equipment and customer property responsibly.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, Audio-Visual Technology or a related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience in AV installation, LED displays, home theater, video conferencing or home automation preferred.
• Practical knowledge of interactive flat panels, digital signage, LED displays, projectors, projection screens and video conferencing equipment.
• Experience installing surround sound systems, 7.1-channel audio and Dolby Atmos home theater setups is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with drilling machines, power tools, mounting hardware, cable termination and basic electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of LAN networking, HDMI, USB, audio connections, display configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to conduct customer demonstrations and explain product operation clearly.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Bengaluru and other locations as required.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, punctuality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Freshers with relevant technical training and strong practical skills may also apply.
