Qualifications

• Essential: Graduation in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in documentation, technical writing, report preparation, or similar functions.
• Working knowledge of at least two AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare professional documents such as RFPs, MoMs, SOPs, reports, and official correspondence.
• Format, edit, proofread, and standardize technical and official documents.
• Prepare compliance reports, statistical summaries, and management reports.
• Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, formatting standards, and quality of all documentation.
• Maintain records and organize project-related documents.
• Track file movements and document status.
• Maintain proper document version control.
• Coordinate documentation requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Handle official correspondence professionally.
• Assist in preparation of documentation related to cybersecurity audit and compliance activities.
