Job summary

• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management system and/or other TMS platforms.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar.

Position: Senior Engineer/Technical Development Engineer

• Location: BANGALORE

Experience: 5 to 10 years

We are looking for a skilled Technical Development Engineer with expertise in system integrations and proof of concept (POC) development focused on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect OTM/TMS platforms with other enterprise applications, driving seamless data flow and enhanced logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy integrations between OTM/TMS and various enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and third‑party logistics platforms.
• Lead POC initiatives to evaluate new technologies, tools, or integration approaches for transportation management.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design API interfaces, middleware solutions, and batch processes to enable data exchange.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and POC results.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in TMS/OTM integration technologies and recommend improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in system integration and technical development with a focus on OTM/TMS.
