• Experience designing scalable Oracle Transportation Management solutions.
• Proven track record delivering complex supply-chain transformations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related fields.
• Oracle OTM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OTM solution architecture for transportation planning, execution and shipment management.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical solutions.
• Design solutions covering Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, Planning, Tendering, Tracking and Freight Settlement.
• Lead OTM integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI/API, middleware, and external carrier systems.
• Define integration architecture, data flows, interfaces and technical specifications.
• Configure and guide development of OTM components including automation, saved queries, workflows, and reports.
• Provide architectural guidance on OTM cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements and production support.
• Conduct solution workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Review technical designs for enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, cost reduction and transportation efficiency.
• Mentor OTM consultants and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Solution Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable transportation solutions for complex supply-chain and logistics environments. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, supply-chain teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust OTM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OTM solution architecture, including transportation planning, execution, shipment management, freight payment, and related processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical solutions.
• Design solutions covering Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, Planning, Tendering, Tracking, Fleet/Carrier processes, and Freight Settlement.
• Lead OTM integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI/API, middleware, and external carrier systems.
• Define integration architecture, data flows, interfaces, and technical specifications.
• Configure and guide development of OTM components including automation agents, saved queries, workflows, reports, XML/JSON integrations, and business rules.Provide architectural guidance on OTM cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Conduct solution workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and transportation efficiency.
• Mentor OTM consultants and development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong understanding of Transportation Management and Supply Chain processes.
• Expertise in OTM configuration and solution design.
• Experience with OTM Cloud / Oracle Transportation Management Cloud is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OTM integrations, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and middleware.
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud, WMS, or other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of SQL, databases, data mapping, and interface troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, technical documentation, and design reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Oracle OTM certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on global supply-chain transformation or large-scale manufacturing/logistics programs.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, integration platforms, and modern API architecture is desirable.
