VOIS is seeking an experienced Technical Designer / Product Owner with strong backend development to design, build and deliver scalable enterprise services and integrations. This role blends hands-on engineering with product ownership to translate business needs into reliable backend solutions across enterprise IT domains.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of hands-on Java/Spring experience, REST APIs, microservices, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, plus strong stakeholder

• Design scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring, REST and microservices.
• Drive DevOps improvements and production readiness.
• Support infra, deployment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to peers and ensure delivery.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer / Product Owner with strong backend development expertise to design, build and deliver scalable enterprise services and integrations. This role combines hands‑on engineering with product ownership and business analysis, enabling the translation of business needs into reliable and high‑performing backend solutions across enterprise IT domains.

What You’ll Do

• Represent backend technology for DigitalONE / Amdocs solution delivery to business and IT stakeholders
• Analyse business requirements and define backend services, APIs, integrations and microservices aligned to enterprise objectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert functional needs into technical designs and delivery plans
• Design and deliver scalable backend solutions using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices
• Apply engineering best practices to ensure performance, reliability, maintainability and production stability
• Work with cross‑functional teams to support infrastructure, deployment and operational readiness
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, design discussions and code reviews
• Provide technical guidance to peers and support ownership of development deliverablesDrive improvements in DevOps practices, automation, reusable components and modern architecture patterns
• Strengthen communication across business, technology and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

Who You Are

• Experienced backend developer with 6–10 years of hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot and microservices
• Skilled in REST APIs, containerisation (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
• Experienced in DigitalONE / Amdocs tools with understanding of telecom product, order or catalogue processes
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work in matrix environments
• Able to bridge business and technology, with Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
• Familiar with SQL, database design, API security and performance tuning
• Knowledge of event‑driven architecture, Kafka, Redis or distributed systems is beneficial
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross‑functional collaboration
