Job summary

Resource Funnel is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple technical projects end to end across software and data platforms. You will build and maintain delivery roadmaps, coordinate workloads with developers and researchers, and mitigate delivery risks while improving PM frameworks and reporting.

You will bridge technical delivery with business objectives, drive resource planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical or software projects.
• Strong IT systems, software development and infrastructure knowledge.
• Background working with developers in an engineering led environment.
• Real technical work experience at least 5 years.
• Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent.
• Experience working with version control and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
• Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks.
• Stakeholder management skills, building productive relationships and influencing decisions across teams.
