Job summary

ValueLabs is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a cloud-native enterprise application built with React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS. You will own the project from inception to post-launch support, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires 10–15+ years in software delivery with strong leadership, client-facing skills, and expertise in Agile/Scrum and SAFe.

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Own the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping, planning, and estimation through to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Technical Leadership & Architectural Oversight: Partner with Solution Architects to ensure the technical vision, leveraging React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS, is sound, scalable, and aligns with business goals. Provide technical guidance to the development teams and facilitate the resolution of complex technical challenges within this stack.
• Project & Resource Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Allocate resources effectively, manage team capacity, and ensure the right skills are in place to meet project demands.
• Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to technology, integration, and delivery. Maintain a risk register and implement contingency plans to keep the project on track.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client. Build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment between client needs and project deliverables.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and QA specialists. Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Process Governance: Ensure the team adheres to established development best practices for building, testing, and deploying applications on AWS. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, concise, and accurate reporting on project status, risks, and financials to both internal and client-side executive leadership.

Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, cloud-native enterprise application built with React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS. As the single point of ownership for project execution, you will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers a high-quality, scalable, and robust solution on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This strategic role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in our core technology stack, strong project management discipline, and excellent client relationship skills. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, translating business needs into technical realities and driving the project from inception to successful completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role (e.g., Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager) managing complex technical projects.
• Strong technical background with demonstrable experience in projects utilizing modern web frameworks (React JS), backend services (Python), business process orchestration engines (Camunda), and cloud platforms (specifically AWS).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and a proven track record of delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus.
• Proven experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills. Must be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and building trusted relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

PMP, Agile (PMI-ACP), or Scrum (PSM/CSM) certifications are highly desirable
