Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom industry preferred.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools with experience in resource allocation and demand forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently; familiarity with telecom network technologies.

Responsibilities

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving services and CARE delivery management, establishing long-term relationships with customers, and managing demand updates and effort approvals. As a key bridge between region needs and domain service execution, you will be responsible for CN TDU deliverables, revenue-impacting risk management, and ensuring 100% LNI compliances.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of experience in project management or a technical lead role, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in resource allocation and demand forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with telecom network technologies and services is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
