With 1–5 years of experience, you will shape brand voice, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and deliver clear documentation for multiple product releases while ensuring accuracy and readability.

• Build content to drive conversions and re-engagement with customers.
• Coordinate with design teams to pair copy with visuals.

Job Opportunity - Technical Content Writer (Complete Work from office)

Role

Experience: Minimum 1-5 years

Location: Thane West (100 percent work from office, no hybrid, no work from home)

Job Description

• Ideate research, write and edit both long & short-form content on channels like social media, ads, thought leadership articles, blog posts, press releases, emails etc. with the aim to create engagement
• Manage and execute content for social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
• Play a role in defining the brand voice and telling the brand story by identifying and being a part of new conversations that increases visibility for WonderBiz Technologies
• Create documentation, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products
• Build content that is both conversion-led and creative, with the aim to re-engage with existing customers and always remain top of mind.
• Coordinate closely with the design teams to complement all copy with appropriate visuals that fit into the brand language with clear briefs
• Build structures to monitor, evaluate and report on performance of content. Translate into actionable inputs to refine content
• Writes digital content that meets project goals and end-user needs for complex efforts
• Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts as needed to ensure the content strategy is effectively implemented across channels
