Collegedunia, an education portal in India, is seeking a Technical Content Writer to translate complex, academic content into clear student-focused material. The role uses AI tools to speed up content production while maintaining accuracy and readability.

You will research, write, and edit guides, blogs, and product documentation, collaborating with product, SEO, and design teams to deliver aligned content for students and colleges.

Qualifications

• B.Tech from a decent/reputed college.
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant content/technical writing experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Claude or similar AI platforms / LLM tools.
• Excellent written English with strong research and editing skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Role emphasizes process & content automation.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit technical and educational content for Collegedunia and allied product lines.
• Use AI platforms (e.g., Claude) to draft, edit, and optimize content, and to build repeatable content-automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product, SEO, and design teams to plan content aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Simplify technical/exam/admission-process information into student-friendly language.
• Maintain content quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency across formats.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive content/process tasks.
• Proactively suggest and drive product/process enhancements that improve content quality, turnaround time, or team efficiency.
• Work closely with product/tech teams to scope and test new automation tools or features end-to-end.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Content Writer who can translate complex, technical, and AI-driven concepts into clear, engaging content for students and internal stakeholders — while using AI tools to speed up and scale content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit technical and educational content (guides, explainers, product/process documentation, blogs) for Collegedunia and allied product lines
• Use AI platforms (e.g., Claude and similar LLM tools) to draft, edit, and optimize content, and to build repeatable content-automation workflows
• Collaborate with product, SEO, and design teams to plan content aligned with user needs and business goals
• Simplify technical/exam/admission-process information into student-friendly language
• Maintain content quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency across formats

What We're Looking For

KEY FOCUS: PROCESS & CONTENT AUTOMATION

This is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who actively thinks in workflows — not just writes content.

• Strong, hands-on grasp of content automation and process automation tools/concepts — a must-have, not optional
• Ability to design and build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort in content production, QA, and publishing
• A natural instinct to spot repetitive tasks and automate them, using AI platforms, scripts, or no-code tools
