Job summary

Collegedunia, an education portal connecting students with colleges in India and abroad, seeks a Technical Content Writer to translate complex technical concepts into clear student-friendly content. You will leverage AI tools to speed up production and support multiple product lines.

You’ll work with product, SEO, and design teams to craft guides, explainers, blogs, and documentation, while continuously identifying automation opportunities to improve quality and turnaround times in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• B.Tech mandatory from a decent/reputed college.
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in content / technical writing.
• Must have working knowledge of Claude or similar AI platforms / LLM tools.
• Excellent written English, strong research and editing skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit technical and educational content for Collegedunia and allied product lines.
• Use AI platforms (e.g., Claude and similar LLM tools) to draft, edit, and optimize content, and to build repeatable content-automation workflows
• Collaborate with product, SEO, and design teams to plan content aligned with user needs and business goals
• Simplify technical/exam/admission-process information into student-friendly language
• Maintain content quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency across formats
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive content/process tasks
• Proactively suggest and drive product/process enhancements that improve content quality, turnaround time, or team efficiency
• Work closely with product/tech teams to scope and test new automation tools or features end-to-end

This is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who actively thinks in workflows — not just writes content.

• Strong, hands‑on grasp of content automation and process automation tools/concepts — a must‑have, not optional
• Ability to design and build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort in content production, QA, and publishing
• A natural instinct to spot repetitive tasks and automate them, using AI platforms, scripts, or no-code tools
