Job summary

Fujitsu Hyderabad seeks a seasoned ServiceNow IRM Expert with 6+ years of hands-on development experience to design, build, and support robust IRM solutions. You will implement risk, policy, compliance, audit, and vendor risk modules, while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure workflows.

You will lead integrations via REST/SOAP, drive data migrations, and support testing and deployment, ensuring production stability and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ACLs, and platform security.
• Hands-on experience implementing and testing IRM capabilities: risk, policy & compliance, audit, issue, control testing, and vendor risk management.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM data model, assessment framework, policy lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk methodology implementation.
• Experience in regulated environments (utility/energy/public sector) and with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Configure Risk Register, Risk Library, Control Library, Policy & Compliance Management, and Audit/Attestation features.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.
• Build integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, and Integration Hub to enable data exchange.
• Lead data migration for risks, controls, policies, compliance records, audits, issues, and vendor data.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support testing phases (Unit, System, Integration, UAT) and resolve defects; create technical docs and deployment guides.

IRM EXPERTISE | SCRIPTING & WORKFLOW DEV | INTEGRATION & APIS

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on development experience and strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The candidate will design, develop, configure, test, validate, and support secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow IRM solutions including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Issue Management, Controls Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

The role also involves building and supporting enterprise ServiceNow IRM solutions in close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Configure and implement IRM capabilities including Risk Register, Risk Library, Control Library, Control Objectives, Policy & Compliance Management, Compliance Monitoring, Attestation Frameworks, Audit Trail and Governance Processes.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflow Automation to support approved business requirements and user stories.
• Design and develop integrations utilizing ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and spokes to support enterprise data exchange requirements.
• Lead data migration activities related to risks, controls, policies, compliance records, audit data, issue records, and vendor risk data.
• Participate in solution design sessions and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support all testing phases including Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve defects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for administrators and support teams.
• Provide deployment, go-live, and hyper care support to ensure successful transition into production and stabilization of IRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ACLs, and platform security.
• Hands-on experience implementing and testing IRM capabilities, including risk, policy and compliance, audit, issue, control testing, and vendor risk management.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party application integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM data model, assessment framework, policy lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk methodology implementation.
• Experience supporting utility, energy, public sector, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience implementing ServiceNow IRM for utility organizations.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance processes within regulated energy environments.
• Experience with industry frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, SOX, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, or other regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience in utility, energy, public sector, or regulated industry environments.
