Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience in BCM and IRM. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, and supporting BCM/IRM solutions, including risk management, policy compliance, and vendor risk.

Position Summary

• We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience and strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Planning. The candidate will design, develop, configure, test, validate, and support secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow BCM and IRM solutions.
• The role also involves building and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions in close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Configure BCM capabilities including Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Plan templates and version control, Approval workflows, Automated review cycles, Role-based access controls and BCM dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Lead data migration activities, including importing BCM plans, risk records, controls, and compliance data while ensuring data quality and validation.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflow Automation to support approved business
• Configure and implement IRM capabilities including Risk Register, Risk Library, Control Library, Control Objectives, Policy & Compliance Management, Compliance Monitoring, Attestation Frameworks, Audit Trail and Governance Processes.
• Design and develop integrations utilizing ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and spokes to support enterprise data exchange requirements.
• Participate in solution design sessions and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support all testing phases, including Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve defects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for administrators and support teams.
• Provide deployment, go‑live, and hypercare support to ensure successful transition into production and stabilization of BCM and IRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ACLs, and security.
• Experience in implementing and testing ServiceNow BCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of business continuity planning, recovery strategies, plan management, BIA, recovery objectives, and continuity governance.
• Experience with other ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Vendor Risk Management).
• Hands‑on experience implementing and testing IRM capabilities, including risk, policy and compliance, audit, issue, control testing, and vendor risk management.
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, integrations with other systems).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
• ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a relevant domain (e.g., Risk and Compliance, BCM, GRC, IRM) is highly desirable.
• Experience in utility, energy, public sector, or regulated industry environments.
• Familiarity with industry BCM standards (e.g., ISO 22301) and other risk/compliance frameworks (e.g.- NIST, COBIT, SOX)
