Fujitsu Limited is seeking a Technical Consultant with 8+ years of SAP ABAP experience for hybrid roles in India. The candidate will work on SAP ECC/S/4HANA projects, including ABAP/Fiori, HR infotypes, PA/OM, and complex RICEFW developments. Strong integration and communication skills required.

Shift is UK time (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST). Relocation supported; visa sponsorship not offered. Hybrid work mode in multiple cities across India with relocation assistance.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow).
• Experience with SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Proficient in ABAP/Fiori, HR infotypes, PA/OM, and ASP/ERP modules.
• ECC and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• ALE/EDI communications, inbound/outbound integrations.
• Facilitating design workshops, process mapping, testing, go-live and support cycles.
• Integration with SAP modules HR, SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO; plus Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver ABAP developments for implementation and support projects.
• Manage workflows, forms, reports, conversions, and interfaces.
• Lead design workshops, analyze requirements, and map processes.
• Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities with client teams.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP ABAP/Fiori and HR/logistics modules.

Job Description

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow).
• Using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows , ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM
• Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and is good at problem solving.
