Job summary

Fujitsu India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, security implementation, and declarative configurations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, security implementation, and declarative configurations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and SDLC/deployment processes.
• Ability to work across multiple Salesforce environments (sandboxes) and lead a team when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead the team and develop custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, Record Types, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Develop and support Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.
• Work with multiple Salesforce environments like SIT and UAT, and prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance.
• Must have PD1 & Sales or Service Cloud and good to have Experience Cloud Certification.
