Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Technical Consultant in India to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE for Sales and Customer Service. You will implement customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows, while building automated processes with Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role requires 6–7 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong Power Platform skills, and a solid understanding of CRM data/security models. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
