Role: The technical consultant professionals will provide technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of technical capabilities for clients' transformation, enhancement, advanced problem-solving skills, and support projects.

Job description:

Role: The technical consultant professionals will provide technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of technical capabilities for clients' transformation, enhancement, advanced problem-solving skills, and support projects.

Do:

• Independently work as an expert in the respective SAP technical workstream for an SAP implementation/conversion/development/enhancement/support project
• Design and develop technical/integration solutions to meet client needs
• Understand clients' business needs and processes
• Participate in technical workshops to understand and deliver integration requirements
• Define integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Write technical specifications and test plans for the development team
• Manage projects and timelines
• Support various projects and delivery engagements as needed
• Drive innovation and transformation in large accounts
• Provide delivery support and escalation management
• Interact with SAP and partner parties

Deliver:

1. Job Knowledge: Measure existing skills, cross-skills, and upskills to stay current on SAP technical modules
2. Customer Satisfaction: As per client SLAs
3. Managing Change & Improvement: Effectiveness in initiating and adapting to changes
4. Functional Leadership: Effectiveness in delegating and coordinating work
5. Customer Responsiveness: Responsiveness and courtesy in dealings
