Job summary

Kinsfolk Technology Private Limited - HQ in Pune is seeking a Technical Consultant - Entuity Developer to join the NMS team. You will deploy Entuity Network Analytics at scale, monitor network devices, and configure dashboards and alerts for enterprise environments.

The role requires 4–8 years of network monitoring experience, hands‑on Entuity expertise, strong scripting in Python, and solid Linux/Unix knowledge. ITIL familiarity and ITSM integrations (ServiceNow/Remedy) are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Network Monitoring / Network Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Entuity (mandatory).
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching).
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, F5).
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.
• Hands-on scripting experience (Python preferred).
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Entuity Network Analytics at enterprise scale.
• Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
• Configure polling, thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and performance issues.
• Integrate Entuity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Monitor via SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, and REST APIs.
• Integrate and monitor SD-WAN controller platforms.
• Design and implement API-based data ingestion and automation.
• Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve monitoring efficiency.
• Support capacity planning, SLA reporting, upgrades, and health checks.
• Collaborate with Network, NOC, and Infrastructure teams.
