Job summary

Philips is seeking a Technical Consultant for Cardiology Solutions to support installation, integration, and stabilization of Cardiology Informatics platforms in cardiology and cath lab settings.

The role focuses on go-live support, hypercare, and ongoing technical assistance, including HL7 workflow support and analytics-enabled features within ISCV and Xper IM environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation or technical support.
• Exposure to cardiology informatics, CVIS, or enterprise imaging.
• Basic knowledge of HL7 messaging and hospital IT environments.
• Experience supporting customer-facing delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, configuration, and validation of Xper IM and ISCV.
• Assist with integrations across cath lab, cardiology, and enterprise imaging environments.
• Support HL7-based workflows for patient, procedure, and results data.
• Participate in go-live and post-go-live hypercare to ensure stable clinical operations.
• Troubleshoot basic application, interface, and workflow issues under guidance.
• Support analytics- and AI/ML-enabled features within cardiology informatics platforms.
• Document configurations and support activities in accordance with Philips standards.

Job Summary

Support the technical implementation and stabilization of Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions, including Interventional Cardiology Workspace (Xper IM) and IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV). The role focuses on installation, integration, go-live support, and post-go-live hypercare within cardiology and cath lab environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation, configuration, and validation of Xper IM and IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV)
• Assist with integrations across cath lab, cardiology, and enterprise imaging environments
• Support HL7-based workflows for patient, procedure, and results data
• Participate in go-live and post-go-live hypercare to ensure stable clinical operations
• Troubleshoot basic application, interface, and workflow issues under guidance
• Support analytics- and AI/ML-enabled features within cardiology informatics platforms
• Document configurations and support activities in accordance with Philips standards

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Xper Information Management and/or IntelliSpace Cardiovascular

HL7/FHIR & AI Developments

• Use of HL7-based interoperability to support cardiology workflows
• Adoption of AI-enabled features for workflow optimization and data insights
• Increasing use of analytics and automation within cardiology informatics platforms

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
