Job summary

Bunge in Lucknow is seeking a Technical Chef - B2B to drive sales through demos, develop new recipes, and extend product lines. You will lead the technical/sales team and tailor offerings for premium bakery clients, delivering hands-on training to enhance capabilities.

You will be responsible for developing recipes, coordinating demos, and gathering market feedback to support growth in the bakery segment.

Qualifications

• 3 yr diploma in Bakery course OR graduation with at least 5 year of experience in high end bakeries (5 star hotel / premium bakery ingredients company)
• Team management experience is required
• Creative with hands-on baking skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through demos and line extension of ingredients with value-added, new recipes concepts.
• Lead demos and hands-on sessions; guide the technical team for upskilling.
• Develop recipes according to client needs.
• Collect market share information and feedback for product development.
