Job summary

SG Oasis HR Consultancy Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Hotel Management graduate with 12-15 years of premium kitchen experience to lead pastry and bakery initiatives. The role focuses on product development across pastry, bakery, desserts, and beverages, with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.

You will define SOPs, cost recipes, train production teams, and support marketing with descriptions, packaging and demo videos, while upholding ethical values and high standards in a five-star

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management with 12-15 years of experience in five-star hotels or premium food retail.
• Strong experience in pastry and bakery.
• Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general kitchen management.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development across pastry, bakery, desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate and beverages.
• Study market trends and contribute to ideation.
• Recipe development, documentation, and costing.
• Define product presentation standards and SOPs to scale recipes.
• Train production teams on standard recipes and SOPs.
• Support marketing with product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and demo videos.

• Study market trends and contribute to ideation

• Create SOPs to productionise standard recipes on a large scale
• Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs
• Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and product demo videos
