Job summary

Artech Infosystem Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Certification Developer to join the Training & Certification team. You will create and maintain technical certification exam questions, answers, and distractors, and map competencies to course objectives.

The role involves psychometric analysis, development of eLearning content, and collaboration with Curriculum Development teams and SMEs to ensure high-quality certifications across SaaS technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical/software exam or assessment question writing
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good technical knowledge of web technologies and SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
• Comfortable working 20–25% of the time in US hours
