Job summary

Oxane Partners is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for its Platform Solution Group in Gurgaon. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of client projects, acting as a primary liaison between clients and development teams, and guiding analytics across portfolios and real estate transactions.

You will support asset management reporting, due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning while mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields; B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.
• PMP certified or any project management certifications.
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced skills in Excel, Macros, and SQL.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze large data volumes.
• Proven track record of project management and people management.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with resilience.
• Experience in development/IT roles would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in various investment transactions including performance of portfolios and real estate.

Job Description

• Provide guidance and support in various aspects of investment transactions including performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
  
• Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-end project management.
  
• Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementation and post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
  
• Address client-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features, client changes, and issues, fostering effective communication and resolution of concerns.
  
• Act as an extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experience to drive value-added solutions and insights.
  
• Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or between multiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment and cohesion towards project objectives.
  
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, and development. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.
  

Requirements
