Qualifications

• Broad understanding of Structured Finance products, Corporate Credit, ABL, CLOs, and middle‑market portfolio financing.
• Strong foundation in core financial and accounting concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Onboard client investment portfolios by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements and understanding servicer or trustee reporting requirements.
• Work closely with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring across transactions.
• Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, Borrowing Base calculations, and other key performance metrics/tests.
• Build financial models and reports as per client requirements and analyze historical performance to identify key drivers and assess overall performance.
• Liaise with the Business Analyst and Implementation teams to ensure data integrity and accurate logic within proprietary platforms.
• Provide enhanced portfolio surveillance and proactively communicate critical insights related to overall portfolio performance.
