Job summary

Oxane Partners seeks a Technical Business Analyst to guide platform solutions and support investment transactions. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate with clients and the development team, and drive analytics to improve outcomes.

You will leverage finance/IT knowledge, PMP credentials, and strong Excel/SQL skills to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Gurgaon office-based role with potential global client exposure.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent with finance/IT specialization or related fields.
• B.E./B.Tech mandatory with PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong Excel, Macros and SQL skills for data analysis.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects and manage projects from inception to close.
• Serve as liaison between clients and development teams for platform features and changes.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, and reporting to improve outcomes.

Job Description

• Provide guidanceand support in various aspects of investment transactions, includingperforming/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, andspecialty financing.
  
• Takeaccountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timelyand high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-endproject management.
  
• Provide directionand oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementationand post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and clientsatisfaction.
  
• Addressclient-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring,surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
  
• Serve as theprimary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as aBusiness Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fosteringeffective communication and resolution of concerns.
  
• Act as anextended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence,post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experienceto drive value-added solutions and insights.
  
• Proactivelyidentify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or betweenmultiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies suchas mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment andcohesion towards project objectives.
  
• Mentorand guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, anddevelopment. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.
  

Requirements

• Candidate should be from Tier 1 College.
  
• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT orrelated fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advancedskills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process toeffectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative andthrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Deepinterest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Priorexperience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
