Qualifications

• Experience in first-level/functional testing and UAT support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Basic SQL/database validation knowledge preferred.
• Domain knowledge of financial markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across product and IT teams.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow/workflow documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business/product stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Own and streamline JIRA ticket management — creation, prioritization, sprint tracking, and status reporting.
• Design and maintain workflows and delivery roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
• Conduct first-level testing (functional, UAT support) to validate that solutions meet documented requirements before handover to formal QA.
• Identify, log, and track issues/defects, coordinating resolution with development teams.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and stakeholder status updates.
• Proactively flag risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers to relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar hybrid BA/QA role
