Job summary

Innovationm is seeking a Business Analyst in Noida (WFO) with 3–6 years of experience to gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, and coordinate with cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery, tracking progress, and supporting planning and estimation activities.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status updates.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking activities.
