Qualifications

• Mandatory BFSI/Banking/Financial Services domain experience OR relevant finance qualification.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements to functional specs for technical teams.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
