Job summary

GLOINNT Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a technical publications specialist with 1-3 years of experience to create, update, and maintain documentation per industry standards. You will develop user handbooks, guides, manuals, and training content, coordinating with engineering teams to collect information and ensure accuracy.

The role requires familiarity with Arbortext Editor and XML-based authoring workflows, plus knowledge of ATA iSpec 2200 and STE.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Publications.
• Experience with XML-based authoring workflows.
• Knowledge of ATA iSpec 2200 or similar standards.
• Proficiency in Simplified Technical English (STE).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop user handbooks, guides, technical manuals, and training content.
• Author, edit, and manage structured content using Arbortext Editor.
• Create CBT modules using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and SMEs to gather technical information.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Review and revise existing documentation based on engineering changes and feedback.
• Adhere to ATA iSpec 2200, STE, and other applicable documentation standards.
• Support document publishing and content management activities using XML-based authoring workflows.
