Job summary

FORVIA HELLA, a global automotive supplier, is hiring a Technical Assistant (M/F/D) for the Dhankot, Gurugram location in Haryana, India. The role focuses on hands-on work at assembly stations, debugging EOL and assembly processes, and supporting hardware and software systems maintenance.

You will collaborate with engineers and IT staff to reduce MTTR, improve MTBF, and prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plans while ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Good Hands-On Experience at Assembly Station.
• Debugging of EOL and Assembly Station.
• Debugging of Flashing Station.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Work technically to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF of Assembly Station.
• Prepare Predictive and Preventive Plan of Assembly Station.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving issues related to systems, networks, and devices.
• Maintain documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Monitor system performance and report potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers and IT staff on technical issues.
• Manage inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
