Job summary

Indus Displays Systems is seeking a Technical Assistant Electronics Assembly to support hands-on manufacturing tasks in our Bengaluru facility. The role focuses on soldering, cable preparation, and wiring, guided by simple drawings and assembly instructions.

You will work with engineers on prototypes, perform basic inspections, and assist with testing and rework while adhering to safety and ESD standards in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on soldering and cable assembly skills.
• Ability to read simple wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with soldering stations, crimping tools, and multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components, wires, and connectors.
• Prepare cable assemblies, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and labeling.
• Assemble and wire electronic units according to drawings and instructions.
• Identify basic electronic components, connector types, pin numbers, and polarity.

Preferred Experience

Experience in PCB soldering, wire harness preparation, circular connectors, and electronic equipment assembly.
