Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and customization of Guidewire-based solutions for insurance clients. You will oversee offshore Integration Engineers and coordinate with onshore architects to ensure quality delivery and timely integration.

You will leverage MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs and Guidewire modules such as BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to optimize client operations, while mentoring high‑performing teams and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant experience in architecture and integration.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

As a Technical Architect - Senior Manager, you will lead the development and customization of applications using the Guidewire platform, focusing on designing, coding, and testing software solutions tailored to the needs of insurance organizations. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives for our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as the senior offshore technical point of contact, directing a team of Integration Engineers and coordinating with onshore architects to make informed design decisions. You will oversee code quality and manage integration testing hand‑offs, contributing to the seamless delivery of solutions.

• Designing, coding, and testing software solutions using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations

What You Must Have
