Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Java backend lead in Bengaluru to own end-to-end design, development and deployment of Java-based applications and RESTful APIs. You will collaborate with product managers and architects to define scalable software solutions and mentor engineers on best practices and patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java backend development with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Strong grasp of OOP, system design, and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers or taking ownership of modules/projects.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
