Job summary

Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, is seeking a Software Architect - AI Solutions to design and deliver AI-powered features across our enterprise SaaS platforms. You will lead the development of AI capabilities, working with LLMs, agents, and RAG systems to transform how events are managed.

The role requires 12+ years in software development with strong AI experience, hands-on coding in Java and TypeScript, and cloud expertise (AWS, CDK/CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across enterprise SaaS platforms using LLMs, agents, and RAG systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Provide architectural oversight and analyze AI requirements for quality and road-map alignment.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and PM teams to define AI solutions meeting business goals and improving user experience.
• Document and deliver training on AI systems to promote reuse across the company.
• Engage with third-party vendors to negotiate AI features and pricing.
• Contribute to automation for continuous deployment of AI solutions and build tools to boost developer productivity.
• Act as a key contributor in defining AI best practices and standards across departments.
