You will drive architecture, select technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure), mentor teams, analyze requirements, optimize performance, and manage CI/CD pipelines. Frontend familiarity with React/Angular is a plus.
System Design Architecture: Define and design the overall architecture of Java-based applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance and security requirements. This includes creating architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks (like Spring Boot and Hibernate), and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure cloud platforms) to meet project needs and stay current with industry trends.
Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
