Job summary

Godrej Appliances in Maharashtra seeks a Technical Architect – Web Application to lead architecture on the Rainmaker platform. You will design scalable web apps, build reusable UI components, and integrate APIs and backend services.

You will mentor teams, drive DevOps and Agile practices, work with product owners and stakeholders, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability across systems. 10+ years in web development and strong cloud experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hands-on web application development.
• Experience leading development teams and technical design decisions.
• Strong TypeScript frontend and full-stack design skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Position Summary:-

Key Responsibilities:-

Application Architecture & Technology Leadership:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications on the existing Rainmaker platform.
• Build reusable UI components, workflows, dashboards, and service management applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, service teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:-

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

Full Stack & Architecture:

• Node.js and Express.js
• API Design and Microservices Architecture
• SQL and NoSQL Databases

Work Experience:

• 10+ years in Hands on web application development.
• Experience leading development teams and technical design decisions

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with the Rainmaker or Similar platform
• IoT platforms and connected devices
• Smart Home or Home Appliance domain knowledge
• Azure or AWS cloud platforms
