• Full Stack Mastery: Deep programming experience in Java or Python, coupled with a strong understanding of UI technologies, Web service frameworks, and NoSQL databases.
• AI-Native Development: Proven experience utilizing AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows, alongside a strong grasp of prompt and context engineering.
• Cloud Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions on AWS (AWS Certifications are a strong plus).
• DevOps Mindset: Proven track record of implementing and automating robust CI/CD pipelines.
