Job summary

Veradigm LLC in Pune (Hybrid) is seeking a Technical Analyst to lead upgrade delivery for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients. You will plan, design, and implement upgrades, provide timely post-upgrade support, and share expertise to improve the services team.

The role requires strong SQL skills, OS/IIS/DNS/DHCP/AD basics, excellent documentation, and Azure Fundamentals. Collaboration across Support, Engg, QA and IT is essential to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries, SQL server backups.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
• Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, design and implementation activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of application upgrades for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients.
• Provide timely support post-upgrade; attend to emails and cases via escalation process.
• Share knowledge to improve Services teams' capability and effectiveness.
• Provide accurate information to Development to fix software without customer reference.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, QA and IT to improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify and discuss known issues/bugs; ensure fixes in subsequent releases.
• Resolve problems within set timelines; contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in teams and projects to improve product and service quality.
