Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Endpoint Deployment, Deskside Support, or Field Support.
• Hands-on with SCCM/MECM OSD, Intune Autopilot, SCCM Admin Console, and Intune Admin Center.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incidents/requests.
• Knowledge of kiosk device setup, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills (mandatory).
• Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer.

We are currently seeking a Technical Analysis Senior Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Deployment & Deskside Support Engineer with experience in PC provisioning, endpoint management, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of both legacy SCCM (MECM) OSD and modern Intune Autopilot deployments, along with strong technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, provision, and deploy Windows devices using SCCM/MECM OSD and Microsoft Intune Autopilot.
• Provide Deskside and Field Support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workplace technologies.
• Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Kiosk devices.
• Manage Incidents and Service Requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including PC build, provisioning, kiosk setup, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Endpoint Deployment, Deskside Support, or Field Support.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SCCM/MECM Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  • Microsoft Intune Autopilot
  • SCCM Admin Console
  • Microsoft Intune Admin Center
• Experience with ServiceNow for Incident and Request Management.
• Knowledge of Kiosk device setup, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills (mandatory).
• Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and device management concepts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
