Job summary

FHLB Des Moines seeks a SAP ABAP HANA Developer with 5–7 years of experience to strengthen custom ABAP development and support business processes through RAP frameworks. The role requires deep ABAP technical skills and SAP S/4HANA expertise.

You will work on RAP-based development, CDS views, OData API management, and FIORI integration, with private cloud exposure and cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP ABAP experience covering SAP S/4HANA.
• At least one implementation and one support project.
• Experience with RAP model and Private cloud.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, audit, risk analysis, and compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP ABAP HANA solutions and RAP-based apps.
• Create ABAP reports using RAP methodology.
• Design CDS views and OData for API management.
• Integrate with SAP Fiori and private cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot ALE/EDI IDOC issues and maintain documentation.
