Nestlé IT & Digital Americas is seeking a dynamic Tech Specialist in Bengaluru to support the Customer Investment Management program within the IT & Digital Sales & E-Commerce stream. This hybrid role requires translating business needs into technical strategies and leading cross‑functional initiatives across global teams.

You will work with Innovation Managers, Product Managers, and external partners to deliver solutions that enhance commercial planning, trade spend, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Commercial Planning & Trade Spend; Visual fabriq is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in global and virtual teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical language.

What you’ll do:

As a Tech Specialist you will:

• Guide and support various technical/functional initiatives to ensure successful implementation of Customer Investment Management Program in the zone
• Drive Operational Efficiency: Recommend and implement technology solutions (Visual Fabriq) that improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into technical strategies that address these needs and drive results.
• Engage Stakeholders to collaboratively identify opportunities for change and innovation.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and issue resolution.
• Resolve issues and minimize disruptions to business activities.

• Affinity for digital and technology with strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset towards technical challenges.
