Job summary

EY in India is seeking a Manager - Network Infrastructure to design, implement and lead complex enterprise networking initiatives for clients. The role requires 12-14 years of hands-on experience with networking consulting, design and deployment, plus respected vendor certifications.

You will work across OSI/TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, SD-WAN and cloud networking on Azure, AWS and GCP, coordinating with clients and teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related field.
• 12–14 years of hands-on network consulting, advisory, design and implementation.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE or equivalent; CCIE or other expert-level certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Role: Manager - Network Infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, ECE or a related field.
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience in network consulting, advisory, design, & implementation.
• Must have professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE, or equivalent; CCIE or other expert-level certifications are a plus.

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals: OSI & TCP/IP models, Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies.
• Deep expertise in key network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VxLAN, VPNs, etc.
• Strong expertise in cloud networking across public cloud such as Azure, AWS & GCP, including hands-on experience like VNet peering, Transit Gateway, VPN Gateway, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute & cloud-native firewalls.
• Experience with major vendors e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba etc.
• Good understanding of SASE technologies
• Proficiency in network security : Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Load Balancers.

Modern Network Practices:

• Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN, network virtualization, cloud networking, SDDC, SDN & network automation.
• Good to have knowledge of Ansible & Terraform for automation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead teams, engage with clients & drive end-to-end solutions.
